They are provided as a public service for general information purposes and to help patients and caregivers in discussions with healthcare professionals.
Currently, each FOP is written by Kelly Dowhower Karpa PhD BSPharm. Dr. Karpa works as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Pharmacology, College of Medicine at Pennsylvania State University.
No, the summaries are free to the public.You can, however, purchase the corresponding full scientific article upon which the summary is based.
